Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions – Pinoy Tradie Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Pinoy Tradie Service Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.⁠ ⁠Services

We provide residential, commercial, NDIS-funded, end-of-lease, builders’ cleans, strata, office cleaning, pressure washing, lawn mowing, and related cleaning and maintenance services.

Services will be delivered as per your booking, agreed scope, or written quotation.

Any additional tasks not included in the agreed service will incur extra charges.

2.⁠ ⁠Bookings and Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Deposits will be credited towards the total service cost.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if unsafe, unreasonable, or outside our service capacity.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service fee.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

4.⁠ ⁠Payments

Payment is due on or before completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept all major payment methods (cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, NDIS invoicing) but do not provide financing options.

Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, suspension of future services, and referral to debt collection agencies (with costs payable by you).

5.⁠ ⁠Pricing and Quotes

Services may be charged hourly, at a fixed price, or by written quote.

All quotes are valid for 14 days from issue.

Additional time, tasks, or changes requested by you will be billed separately.

6.⁠ ⁠Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, you must:

Provide safe access to the property (keys, codes, parking, etc.).

Ensure pets are secured during service.

Secure or remove all valuables and fragile items.

Provide electricity, running water, and safe working conditions.

Notify us of hazards (e.g., mould, infestations, chemicals, sharp objects).

We will not be liable for damage to unsecured, fragile, or high-value items not disclosed in writing before service.

7.⁠ ⁠Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:

Presence of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, mould, bodily fluids, needles).

Infestations (rodents, insects, pests).

Unsafe structures, utilities, or working environments.

Extra charges may apply where additional protective measures are required.

8.⁠ ⁠Insurance and Liability

We carry public liability insurance (details available upon request).

Our liability for damage or loss is capped at the lesser of AUD $500 or the total service fee paid.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or poor condition of surfaces/items.

Damage to unsecured, fragile, or high-value items not disclosed in writing.

Indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

9.⁠ ⁠Staff and Subcontractors

We may use employees or subcontractors to deliver services.

You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract our staff directly for a period of 12 months after their last engagement with you.

Breach of this clause will incur a finder’s fee equal to AUD $5,000.

10.⁠ ⁠Complaints and Disputes

Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

We will, at our discretion, re-attend to address issues that fall within the agreed scope.

Disputes will first be referred to mediation before legal proceedings.

11.⁠ ⁠Termination of Services

We may terminate or refuse service if:

Payment terms are not met.

Unsafe or unreasonable conditions are present.

Staff are subject to abuse, harassment, or unsafe conduct.

12.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
